After visiting Brazil the first time, I was completely sold by the people and the culture. It was something I have never experienced before. I have never been a place where I felled so welcome as when I have been in Brazil and met so many open-armed people.
So when the chance came to work at the Danish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, I did not doubt for a second to go, despite I had just been enrolled to do my Master’s Degree in my all-time favourite city, Madrid.
Working at “DANCHAMB” was a big experience and I learned valuable things from the President, Jens Olesen, who is one of the most successful businessmen outside Denmark.
As Rio de Janeiro was the host for the Olympic Games 2016 this was my biggest task during my professional career in Brazil. Co-working with Lego, Pandora, Visit Denmark, the Danish royal family, and ministers “DANCHAMB” was a key factor in the biggest Danish media coverage ever.
Brazil gave me some true and longlasting friendships and experiences that will never be forgotten and it will always be a country I will visit with great pleasure.
